Description

True Oils Cold Pressed Flax Seed Oil (Shudh Alsi ka Tel) is mechanically extracted from premium flax seeds without the use of heat or solvents. As stated on the label, this oil is rich in vegetable Omega-3 fatty acids and dietary fibres. Cold pressing preserves the oil's fragile polyunsaturated fatty acids, with 73g of PUFA per 100g, that are typically destroyed by heat-based extraction methods. This oil is ideal for detox and healthy diets, and enhances skin, hair, and joint comfort. Best before ten months from packing; store in a cool, dark place.
How to Use
  • Best used cold: Drizzle over salads, smoothies, yoghurt, or cooked vegetables after cooling.
  • Do not use for high-heat cooking. Omega-3 ALA degrades at high temperatures.
  • Refrigerate after opening. Consume within the best-before period (10 months from packing).
  • Store in a cool, dark place away from heat and light.
