This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed directly on www.trueoils.in. For orders placed on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, or any other third-party marketplace, the shipping, delivery, and return terms of those platforms apply and not this policy.
1. Payment Mode
⚠ Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available on www.trueoils.in. All orders must be paid in full at checkout via Razorpay. Accepted methods: UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays):
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST on a business day: typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST, or on a Sunday/public holiday: processed the next business day
- Processing includes quality check, packing, sealing, labelling, and handover to our courier partner
If your order requires a fresh production batch (for larger quantities or specific products), an additional 2–3 business days may be needed. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp in such cases.
3. Available Pack Sizes
True Oils products are available in the following formats on www.trueoils.in:
- Standard retail bottles: 50ml, 100ml, 200ml, 250ml, 500ml, 975ml, 1L, 2L
- Large format: 5L cans and 15L tins available for all oil varieties
5L cans and 15L tins are available for both individual retail customers and bulk/distributor buyers. For 15L tin orders, please contact us before placing to confirm availability and arrange delivery: feedback@trueoils.in or +91 8729 000601.
4. Shipping Coverage
- We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India through our courier partner
- Remote areas (Northeastern states, J&K, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep) are serviceable but may have longer timelines
- To verify delivery to your specific PIN code before ordering, contact feedback@trueoils.in or +91 8729 000601
- International shipping: not available directly from www.trueoils.in; international customers may order via Amazon.com (USA), Amazon.ca (Canada), or Amazon.co.uk (UK)
5. Shipping Charges and Free Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, order weight, and volumetric dimensions. The exact charge is displayed before you confirm payment.
Free shipping is available on eligible orders above the minimum cart value displayed at checkout at the time of purchase. This threshold may be updated from time to time; the current applicable threshold is always reflected on the website.
⚠ For 15L tin orders or large multi-can bulk orders, shipping charges will be communicated separately before dispatch as these involve heavier consignments.
6. Estimated Delivery Timelines
Timelines below are from the date of dispatch, not the order date:
- Delhi NCR, Chandigarh, Mohali, and nearby Punjab/Haryana cities: 1–3 business days
- Major metros (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 3–5 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India: 4–6 business days
- Remote areas, Northeastern states, J&K, Ladakh, island territories: 7–12 business days
⚠ These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Delivery may be affected by public holidays, weather disruptions, courier backlogs, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for courier-caused delays.
7. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification with:
- Tracking number / AWB number
- Courier partner name
- Real-time tracking link
Notification sent to the email and/or mobile provided at checkout. You can also request tracking updates by contacting feedback@trueoils.in or +91 8729 000601 with your order number.
If you have not received a tracking update within 4 business days of order confirmation, contact us immediately.
8. Packaging Standards
- Individual bottles: wrapped in bubble wrap and cushioning material
- Multi-bottle orders: corrugated cartons with internal dividers or foam inserts
- All edible oil bottles: sealed with tamper-evident caps or shrink wrap
- 5L cans and 15L tins: additional external cushioning and strapping
If your package has visible external damage, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours (see our No-Return & Replacement Policy).
9. Failed Delivery and Undelivered Orders
Our courier will typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails:
- Customer not home: Courier leaves a notification card; contact the courier using your AWB number to reschedule
- Incorrect or incomplete address: We will contact you using the mobile on your order; if unreachable within 3 business days, the package returns to our facility
- Customer refused delivery: Order returned to us
For prepaid orders returned to our facility, refer to Section 5 of our No-Return & Replacement Policy for the applicable refund process.
10. Address Accuracy and Changes
It is your sole responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout, including flat/house number, building name, street, area, landmark, city, state, and PIN code. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us immediately if you realise your address is wrong: feedback@trueoils.in or +91 8729 000601. Address corrections after dispatch are subject to courier capabilities and cannot always be guaranteed.
11. Bulk, Distributor, and Institutional Orders
True Oils products are available in bulk for distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, and institutional buyers:
- 5L cans of all oil varieties
- 15L tins of all oil varieties (on request, subject to availability)
- Special pricing for bulk and repeat orders — discussed on a case-by-case basis
- Custom labelling and packaging available for large institutional orders
