These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Harsim Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing all use of www.trueoils.in and all purchases made through it. By accessing our website, browsing our products, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About Us

True Oils is a brand owned and operated by Harsim Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd., incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 (CIN: U15141CH2015PTC035794). Registered office: H.No. 316, Sector 37A, Chandigarh – 160036. Manufacturing facility: D-95, Industrial Focal Point, Chanalon, Kurali, SAS Nagar, Mohali, Punjab – 140103. We manufacture and sell cold-pressed edible oils, non-edible oils, and food products under the True Oils and Relish sub-brands from an FSSAI-licensed, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 22000:2005 certified facility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age
You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law
All information you provide (name, address, email, mobile) must be accurate and current
Products are for personal, household, or legitimate commercial use only
Resale of our products without prior written consent is prohibited
We reserve the right to refuse service at our sole discretion

3. Products

3.1 Product Descriptions

We take care to provide accurate product descriptions, nutritional tables, and images. However, we do not warrant that all content is entirely error-free or that product images exactly replicate the physical colour of the product.

3.2 Natural Batch Variation

⚠ All True Oils products are genuinely cold-pressed, unrefined, and unprocessed. Colour, aroma, viscosity, taste, and natural sediment may vary between batches depending on season, seed origin, and harvest quality. This is an inherent and desirable characteristic of authentic cold-pressed oils — not a defect. Our label statement 'Colour Changes, The Effect Doesn't' reflects this accurately. Natural variation does not entitle a customer to a return or refund.

3.3 Health and Wellness Claims

Benefit statements on our website and labels are informational, based on nutritional science and traditional use. They are not medical advice and should not be construed as claims to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified medical professional if you have health conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions.

3.4 Non-Edible Products

Neem Oil is a non-edible grade product for external and agricultural use only. It must not be consumed internally under any circumstances.

4. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. Prices may change without prior notice; the price at the time of order confirmation is binding. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and will notify you before dispatch in such cases, offering you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Promotional Codes and Discounts

We may offer discount codes, coupons, or promotional offers from time to time at our sole discretion. The following conditions apply:

Promotional codes and terms can be changed, updated, or withdrawn by us at any time without prior notice
Each code may only be used once per customer unless stated otherwise on the promotion
Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated
Promotional codes have no cash value and are non-transferable
Codes are valid only for the period and conditions specified at the time of issue
We reserve the right to cancel any order where a promotional code has been misused or used fraudulently

The most current and applicable promotions will always be reflected on www.trueoils.in at the time of checkout.

6. Order Placement and Acceptance

An order is confirmed and accepted only when: (a) payment is successfully completed via Razorpay, and (b) you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Suspected fraud or payment misuse
Product unavailability or quality hold
Pricing errors in product listings
Inability to deliver to your PIN code
Violation of these Terms

If we cancel a paid order, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Payment

All transactions are processed via Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a RBI-regulated Payment Aggregator. Accepted payment modes:

UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, BHIM, and all UPI-enabled apps)
Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
Debit cards (all major Indian banks)
Net banking (all major scheduled commercial banks)
Digital wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, Amazon Pay, and others via Razorpay)

⚠ Cash on Delivery (COD) is NOT available. All orders must be prepaid at checkout.

We do not store card numbers, UPI handles, or net banking credentials. All payment data is processed securely by Razorpay under PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. By completing payment, you also accept Razorpay's Terms (razorpay.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (razorpay.com/privacy).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.trueoils.in including the True Oils name, logo, tagline ("Drops of Wellness"), product photographs, catalogue content, descriptions, and website design is the exclusive property of Harsim Agro Tech Pvt. Ltd., protected under applicable Indian IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

Engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
Submit false or incomplete information at checkout
Attempt unauthorised access to our systems
Scrape or harvest data from our website using automated tools
Post defamatory, abusive, or harmful content
Impersonate any person or entity

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our products and website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties regarding fitness for any specific health purpose, uninterrupted website operation, or complete accuracy of all product descriptions. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
