Behind every cold-pressed bottle is a small, dedicated team working out of Kurali, Mohali. Scientists, press operators, quality checkers, and packers who take the same care with every batch because they know exactly who is going to open it.
Origin of TrueOils
True Oils was born in Punjab, where mustard fields stretch as far as you can see and every household has a memory of fresh-pressed oil. Dr. Simmi Gupta grew up watching her grandfather work his kolhu — the traditional wooden press that extracts oil slowly, without heat, without compromise.
When she could no longer find that oil anywhere, she built the facility to make it herself. At D-95, Industrial Focal Point, Kurali, Mohali, every batch is single-pressed below 40°C, logged with a batch ID, and verified by an independent lab before it leaves the floor.
The origin of True Oils is not a brand strategy. It is a decision made by a scientist who knew exactly what was missing and refused to settle for less.
